Spoon Mutsu

The Spoon Mutsu being strong and resistant is excellent for mixing the thickest sauces. Do you want to scrape the bottom of the pan? It´s hard enough for it, but, on the other hand, it´s also soft and doesn´t damage it. This is important in those pans with non-stick Teflon and PFOA, the material that was used to glue the layer of said non-stick to the aluminum of the pan and ingested in high doses can damage health.
