At My Japanese Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your sanctuary, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Japanese artisanal packaging, ensuring all protective layers are secure to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
